We are a Guadalajara-based fund looking to invest in promising pre-seed stage tech startups throughout Spanish-speaking Latin America. We recently completed the first closing of the fund and are beginning to invest in companies, ideally with at least one technical founder, from various industries seeking the digitalization of sectors, businesses, and consumers.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Venture Capital Analyst to help us analyze and find the best startups. Someone with great energy and a desire to make an impact in the region through their work and collaboration with the ecosystem.
What will you have to do?
- Develop a thorough understanding of the startup's business model.
- Analyze industries within which startups are trying to build their solutions, understand trends and dynamics.
- Analyze key model indicators within the competitive framework and industry.
- Document the analysis performed and the fund's conclusions in formal and clear Investment Memos.
- Follow up with the companies in the pipeline, doing everything possible to provide a very agile and transparent experience.
- Create financial models and monitor the performance and metrics of the portfolio.
- Stay close to the portfolio companies to identify needs and opportunities where the fund could support and generate value, as well as generate performance reports for investors.
