Responsibilities:
As a leading science & technology corporate venture capital fund, we invest in early and mid-stage startups developing solutions for societal challenges across Biotechnology and Technology.
As a key member of the firm, you will manage incoming deal flow and evaluate potential investments, organize and conduct due diligence processes, perform valuation of deals, and support negotiation and execution of equity investments. Additionally, you will establish and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing hands-on support to investee companies as our portfolio grows.
Skills & Qualifications:
PhD or MD degree from a top-tier university in any scientific discipline
A minimum 2 years of expertise in VC, CVC, investment banking, or international consulting
Strong analytical, valuation, and project management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills
Strong teamwork culture of cooperation, proactivity, transparent communication, preparedness to learn on the job
Good understanding of corporate finance, capital budgeting and accounting
High curiosity for new trends, technologies, and industries
Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project load
