Chief of Staff

Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and proactive Chief of Staff to join our portfolio companies. As a Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about startup environments and interested in managing financial operations and reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration & Accountancy, Management of Financial Institutions, Management & Entrepreneurship.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience, ideally in a Chief of Staff role. Maximum of 2 years work experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel. Knowledgeable in financial reporting with the ability to communicate findings effectively to the management team. Strong interest and capability in managing P&L or budgeting.
• Flexibility: Must be adaptable to a hybrid or onsite work environment based on the specific needs of the portfolio company.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations and administrative functions.
• Support and implement strategic initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.
• Handle various projects and tasks as needed to support organizational goals.
