About Volt Capital
Volt Capital is a New York-based venture capital firm focused on elevating crypto founders who are reimagining our systems. Since its launch in 2021, Volt Capital has made 60+ investments in early-stage crypto companies and protocols like Nansen, Magic Eden, LayerZero, Farcaster, Gevulot, and Pixels.
Volt Capital is looking for a chief of staff to join the firm. You’ll be working closely with the partners, venture partners, and the growing investment + research labs team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with portfolio support and reporting, providing timely and accurate information to the investment team
- Help develop and manage internal firm processes, streamlining ops and improving efficiency
- Coordinate and manage firm projects and events, coordinating stakeholders, vendors and managing deadlines
- Oversee firm communications with the partnership across various channels as well as help manage and maintain the firm's digital presence
- Develop and maintain internal databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for decision-making
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and act as main point of contact for investors and founders
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for process improvement
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Adaptive and can easily context switch: capable of reading the room and mirroring the tone of those you interact with or, when needed, commanding the room
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Experience in office management and ops, with a background in administrative processes
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
