What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Antler’s mission, reporting to our Head of U.S. Platform, and delivering impact across the entire founder journey. You will:
Run our Residency Programs:
- Manage all communications, logistics, and programmatic efforts for an exceptional founder experience.
- Build an engaged community of innovative founders and support them throughout the program.
- Continuously improve programming through feedback and analysis.
Shape the Antler U.S. Platform:
- Build a dynamic founder and mentor community that thrives on collaboration.
- Drive content, events, and partnerships that create real value for startup founders.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to align on best practices and vision.
Drive Success in:
- Exceptional founder experience scores and testimonials.
- Strong community engagement and partnerships.
- Portfolio growth and funding success.
Other Things to Note:
- This role requires you to be based in location and work from the office 5 days a week during Residency cycle, with more flexibility for remote work 1-2 days while not in cycle.
- We offer unlimited PTO, office holiday shut down periods, and full benefits, including health insurance, 401k, etc. Total compensation package will be determined based on your individual skill set and experience.
