Role & Responsibilities:
- Be first line of defense for everything except investing
- Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions for Topology
- Manage fund reporting and performance tracking
- Manage third-party service providers such as fund admin, banking, accounting, T&A
- Develop and maintain the budget, cash-flow forecast, and variance reporting
- Crypto token management
- Review LP capital calls for quality control and approval
- Interface with LPs on occasion
- Compliance
