Responsibilities:

Mubadala Capital is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a 6-12 month internship, ideally starting in January 2025, with the Global Human Capital team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the Human Capital function
• Supporting new initiatives and projects to help the ever-evolving Global Human Capital strategy
• Working across each of the Human Capital pillars, from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning, compensation & benefits, HR technology, wellness, CSR and diversity, equity & inclusion
• Conducting research and presenting market trends to the Human Capital leadership team

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related
• Any experience in human resources across professional services, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or venture capital.
• Strong written and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Builder mind-set, innovative thinker, solutions-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Intellectually curious
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude who can independently deliver work
