We are looking for a Venture Capital Investment Analyst Intern will be involved in all the stages of management of the portfolio companies and supporting New Ventures analysis in the pre-investment process.
Ideal candidates will have some knowledge of venture capital and a passion for startups.
Working in venture capital offers a fast paced environment with the opportunity to have a big impact. You will experience every facet of investing. The Internship is a unique opportunity to ramp up your experience in the fields of entrepreneurship and venture capital.

Responsibilities
· Help evaluate investment opportunities
· Track and analyze investment data and metrics
· Develop models and reports on portfolio performance
· Review and edit communication with constituents
· Identify attractive investment opportunities and meet with relevant entrepreneurs
· Attend and participate in weekly investment committee meetings
· Market research, portfolio company support, and deal sourcing
· All stages of due diligence including returns modeling, financial statement analysis, etc.
· Assist with sourcing deals and social media
· Help create presentations for investors, portfolio companies, and founders
· Attend and occasionally help organize technology and investment-related conferences and events
