TCD Capital (ex-TheClubDeal) is a Brussels and Antwerp-based Venture Capital fund manager. The company was created in 2016 as an investment holding and capital advisory firm advising and investing in promising growth ventures in Belgium and France. For its selection, structuration, and supervision of investments, TCD Capital relies on processes and values to maximise success.

Since 2021, the executive and non-executive teams have grown to launch TCD Capital II, a 40M EUR multi-sector specialised fund. The fund has already invested in ten participations and is actively sourcing and analysing deals to close 3-5 investments per year.

TCD Capital offers internships to candidates with financial, management or legal backgrounds. We offer interns hands-on experience in the local Venture Capital & Private Equity industry. We recruit on a rolling basis throughout the year for the following internship periods:

• January – June 2025
• June – August 2025
• September – December 2025

Interns are invited to take part in all stages of TCD Capital's activities:

• Supporting fundraising processes
• Deal sourcing (Interns compose a ProActive Sourcing team)
• Deal analysis, up to and including its closing (Inters are involved in all stages)
• Strategic reviews of portfolio companies
• Business process Kaizen
• Exposure to the fund’s investment committee

Candidates are expected to have achieved:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, management or law. Ideally, you are working towards a master's degree.
• Qualitative and quantitative analytic excellence supported by competitive academic grades.
• Hard requirement: fluency in French and English or Dutch and English.
• Team player able to hit the ground running and who demonstrates ethics.
• Previous experience in Finance is preferred.
• Interest or knowledge in the fund’s investment sectors is an asset.

Of Note

• Relocation costs are not covered.
• Candidates are expected to be available full-time for the entire requested period.
