At TNB Aura, we are investing in and helping to build the future of Southeast Asia.

We are looking for talented and motivated students to be with us for a minimum of 3 months. You will have the opportunity of working closely with a team of top tier investors who have inspiring ideas of VC industry in Southeast Asia. During the program, you will build good understanding of venture capital industry, discover in-depth knowledge of SEA startup landscape, and gain hands-on investment experience. You will be seen not just as an intern but as part of our team throughout the program. Top performers will be considered for full-time hire. Be ready to take on challenges and take away real experience. This is a full-time/part-time internship program. Considering the COVID-19 situation, we are flexible with work from home arrangements.

Program Elements:

• Communications: Support all external communications of the fund, track and scale performance metrics
• Content, Marketing: Work with the best minds across various marketing functions (branding, SEO, public relations) to create and ideate on content and thought leadership.
• Partnerships: Familiarize and network with VC ecosystem and other relevant players, partners, and events in the space. Support conceptualization for projects.
• Investor Relations/Investments: Supporting fundraising activities and investor reporting As well as ad-hoc industry research.
• Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Value Creation: Collaborate on internal and portfolio-level ESG and other initiatives for value creation.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate, postgraduate, or MBA from top universities
• Have a flair for all things content, writing and entrepreneurship
• Presentations on research findings, recommendations, and strategy deliverables to upper management and partners
• Progress and expectations will be adjusted according to the level of experience of candidate
• Ability to work independently and within a team context
