About the Role

The People & Culture Partner will be a key member of the People & Culture (P&C) team. As our People & Culture Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to new hires and employees as their first point of contact. You will play a pivotal role in executing our P&C strategy in partnership with the P&C team across talent management, employee engagement, total rewards, learning and development, and people operations. You will act as a thought partner to build out new processes and P&C programs contributing to improvements informed by data, internal demographics, and market trend insights. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, you will be based in our Manchester, NH office four days/week.

People Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of our P&C processes and programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with training requirements and employment laws while regularly reviewing company policies for adherence to best practices.
  • Automate reporting to keep our business informed on employee trends while partnering with the P&C team using data and analytics to provide practical solutions for continuous improvements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Execute and manage benefits administration, payroll support, 401(k), Workers’ Compensation, and compliance reporting ensuring alignment with state and federal tax laws.
  • Contribute to the design and management of scalable compensation programs, including base salary, variable pay, and long-term incentives, supporting the overall compensation strategy.
  • Partner with Finance to manage Carry, Bonuses, Commission, Equity programs, and benefits billing.

Engagement & Employee Experience

  • Serve as an internal resource and the first line of support for managers and employees regarding P&C policies, processes, and programs
  • Develop and manage programs that foster employee engagement, well-being, and a positive workplace culture, including DEI, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Facilitate feedback mechanisms such as engagement surveys, stay interviews, and focus groups, analyzing results to drive meaningful action plans that improve the employee experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a People & Culture or Human Resources role.
  • Experience and passion for program development and continuous improvement across P&C including operations, onboarding/offboarding, total rewards, culture, and DEI.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to build and lead compliant practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task completing competing priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of business acumen, discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information, and strong analytical/technical skills.
  • Experience working with a PEO and proficiency in benefits administration.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
