Job Title: Platform Manager
Location: Flatiron, NYC and remote

About the Role
Female Founders Fund is hiring a Platform Manager to help highlight the work of the most visionary female founders. This role blends brand, content, events, and portfolio support - and is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in community-building, event planning, and/or operations looking to be a part of a mission-driven, early stage fund. You’ll lead our signature events like Camp FFF and CEO Summit, run our podcast The Two Percent, and manage FFF’s newsletter, social media, and brand presence. You’ll also get close mentorship with our Operating Partner, and collaborate with the investment team to deliver value to our founders - curating resources, building partnerships, and deepening community across our portfolio. We’re looking for a creative doer with strong project management skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for elevating diverse voices in venture.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Logistics
● Lead planning and execution of FFF’s marquee events like Camp FFF and CEO Summit, as well as smaller gatherings including founder dinners, panels, and breakfasts
● Manage full event logistics: speaker outreach, panel prep, vendor/venue coordination, RSVP tracking, event materials, staffing, on-site support, and budget management
● Bring fresh ideas to event formats and programming to engage the FFF community
Brand & Content
● Produce and manage The Two Percent podcast: source guests, coordinate recordings, manage edits, and publish across Spotify/Apple
● Draft and distribute FFF’s regular newsletters featuring portfolio and fund updates
● Maintain and update the FFF website with new portfolio companies, press, and announcements
● Own social media content and community building across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Portfolio Support
● Support portfolio companies with curated resources across talent, marketing, legal, and fundraising
● Build and manage partnerships with service providers to support portfolio growth
Operational Management
● Plan and coordinate internal team gatherings, including offsites and all-hands meetings
● Oversee FFF’s physical office and day-to-day HQ operations
Qualifications & Attributes
● 2–3 years of startup experience across operations, events, community development, customer experience, and/or brand/marketing
● Proven ability to directly manage both large-scale and intimate events strongly preferred
● Strong project management, communication, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
● Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable self-starter with a collaborative mindset
● Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including founders, investors, service providers, and high-profile speakers
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Airtable; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Beefree), content platforms (Mailchimp, Medium, Spotify/Apple Podcasts) and event sites (Splash, Paperless Post, lu.ma)
