Our regional fund team is growing, and we’re looking for exceptional individuals to join us in various capacities—from Senior Associate to Partner—to drive investment operations, portfolio growth, and innovation. Depending on your role, you may also play a key part in fostering relationships with our Limited Partners (LPs) and enhancing investor engagement.

The Opportunity

Additionally, you may engage with our LP community, contributing to investor relations strategies and helping shape long-term partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Investment Operations: Develop and execute investment strategies, identifying high-potential opportunities, and navigating the end-to-end deal process.
• Portfolio Support: Collaborate closely with founders to scale their ventures, refine go-to-market strategies, and unlock growth potential.
• Deal Flow Management: Build a strong pipeline by leveraging your network, understanding market trends, and identifying opportunities early.
• LP Engagement (Role-dependent):
• Build and nurture relationships with Limited Partners, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Support fundraising activities and ensure consistent, transparent communication with investors.
• Analyze LP feedback and interests to shape engagement initiatives and foster alignment with fund objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We’re looking for individuals who excel in navigating the VC ecosystem with a strong mix of analytical, relational, and strategic skills.

Ideal Experience And Skills

• Proven experience in venture capital, M&A, investment banking, or tech entrepreneurship.
• A strategic mindset with 7+ years of relevant experience and above.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with founders, LPs, and the broader ecosystem.
• Ability to critically evaluate startups, combining qualitative insights with rigorous data analysis.
• Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and building a vibrant tech ecosystem.
• Experience in investor relations or fundraising is a plus, especially for VP and Partner-level candidates.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
