‍About Defined Connection:‍

Defined Connection is a U.S.-based Private Investment Brokerage Firm dedicated to helping startups successfully raise their next funding round by connecting them with our network of trusted investor partners. We work with startups and investors across the U.S. and Europe, prioritizing Series A and later-stage European startups. Our primary focus is on Healthcare and Biotech (90%), with additional interest in Climate and B2B SaaS (10%). Through strong partnerships and commitment across various investment stages, we aim to accelerate growth for high-potential startups. Our mission is to simplify the fundraising process, providing founders with the connections they need to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

‍

• Source and bring in promising European startups for Defined Connection.
• Build and manage a database of Series A and later-stage startups aligned with our industry focus.
• Represent Defined Connection at startup events, demo days, universities, and other venues to expand our network and build strong startup relationships.

Qualifications:

‍

We’re looking for passionate, proactive individuals across Europe who are:

‍

• Connected within the European startup ecosystem.
• Eager to enter venture capital and growth equity, particularly in healthcare and biotech.
• Dedicated to helping startups succeed by spotting high-potential opportunities.
• Strong networkers (fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German is preferred but not required).

Compensation:

‍

VC Scouts will receive a 5% commission on referred startups after they are signed and secure fundraising from Defined Connection’s investor network.
