Role overview
The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio management activities. This position offers exposure to all aspects of the investment cycle and the chance to work closely with experienced partners.
Key responsibilities
Deal sourcing and analysis
- Research and identify high-potential market segments and promising business models
- Evaluate companies, their business plans, and market opportunities
- Conduct financial modeling and business plan analysis
Due diligence and deal execution
- Manage due diligence processes for potential investments
- Support deal negotiations and transaction execution
- Prepare investment materials and recommendations
Portfolio management
- Manage financial reporting and KPI tracking for portfolio companies
- Conduct performance reviews and valuation calculations
- Support portfolio companies with strategy development and potential M&A activities
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Investment Banking, tech startup, VC, strategy consulting)
- Strong academic track record in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent research and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
