Job Description:

Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, modelling, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment opportunities.Market Research: Perform market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals, including preparing investment memos and presentations.Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio investments, ensuring performance targets are met and identifying opportunities for value creation.Reporting: Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and parent companies or other stakeholders.Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, parent company, legal, and finance teams.Strategic Initiatives: Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and investment strategies.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Corporate background is a plus, since the role requires stakeholders’ management skill.
• Proficiency in English is required.
