Positions Aim and Summary:

The Sr Manager, Intuitive Ventures Finance acts as the Finance manager for Intuitive Ventures.

‍Roles And Responsibilities

Serves as the Finance manager for Intuitive Ventures.

• Manage accounting, performance reporting, and financial operations of the fund
• Support investment team on investment diligence
• Partner with investment team to develop bottom-up forecasts for investment diligence
• Develop exit scenario models and valuation analyses
• Support investment team on portfolio management
• Post investment management of the accounting and financial reporting functions of Intuitive Ventures and its portfolio companies
• Help develop and support portfolio follow-on capital allocation / investment strategy
• Responsible for financial management of fund expenses. Includes reviewing and approving requisitions. Guides the quarterly forecast and annual budgeting processes.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in medical device-focused Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Buy Side, or Venture Capital roles.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading deal teams to develop M&A models. Execute on VC investments, manage diligence processes, and provide Intrinsic/Relative value perspectives.
• Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Inquisitiveness and ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances.
• Profound critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Medical device industry experience and ability to master our organizational strengths.
• Exceptional deal structure, business modeling and valuation expertise.
• Ability to present, articulate, and justify analyses, diplomatically, on a routine basis.
• This role requires working out of our Palo Alto office Monday through Wednesday and Sunnyvale office Thursday every week.

‍Base Salary Range Region 1:$172,000 - $258,000

‍Base Salary Range Region 2: $146,200 - $219,400

‍Shift: DayTravel: 25% of the time

‍Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
